Renovation at The Ripon Inn

A multi-million-pound refurbishment of a popular hotel in Ripon.

The Ripon Inn, owned by The Inn Collection Group, has recently reopened following our successful completion of its refurbishment.

Over the past year, we have worked alongside Silverstone Building Consultancy and Design North as Principal Contractor, to give the former Ripon Spa Hotel a new identity. External works involved complete re-roofing, specialist cleaning and repairs to stone & render finishes, new windows and external doors, and formation of new lobby and rear patio areas.

Internal works involved extensive structural works forming the new space and the addition of 18 rooms to the former ballroom area. All existing rooms were fully upgraded to meet fire/acoustic specifications. The newly renovated Ripon Inn now offers 58 bedrooms in a variety of double, twin and family arrangements.

We were delighted to have been contracted by The Inn Collection Group for this project, and after many hours of hard work put in by all team members involved, it is incredible to see the hotel open and welcoming customers.
