A redeveloped site to home high-office content

Phase 2 of Eighth Avenue is officially in motion

The large two hectares area of land in the heart of Team Valley is set to home a hi-spec industrial/distribution unit, with high office content. We will be working alongside UK Land Estates to redevelop the site.

Adrian Bartle, Construction Director at UK Land Estates recognises the strong relationship we have. Site preparation works

Once given the go-ahead, the team took to muck shifting with Thompsons of Prudhoe to remove any waste from the site. Work has commenced redeveloping the site including foundations and vibro piling from Van Elle.

Erecting the steel frame

Upon the completion of the foundations, Philadelphia Structures quickly got to work building the steel structure. We have carried out a complete installation of an effective drainage system to cope with the demand of the office content. Cladding is due to commence shortly.
